THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10063 OF 2013 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the 2nd respondent is not numbering the CMA filed by the petitioner on 12.10.2012 challenging the judgment and decree dt.25.10.2008 in O.S.No.103 of 2007 passed by the 1st respondent. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that direction be issued to the 2nd respondent to number the said CMA, if it is not yet numbered. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to number the CMA filed by the petitioner on 12.10.2012, if not already numbered, and decide the same within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of such numbering, after giving notice to the respondents therein. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
