THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8024 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.182, Guntur City. On 17.12.2013, the third respondent inspected the shop of petitioner and found some variations in the stock. Based on the said inspection, 6A proceedings were initiated and they are pending. While so, the second respondent issued a show cause notice on 23.12.2013 and also suspended the authorisation of the petitioner. Since no final orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. In view of the pendency of enquiry before the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders thereon, within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
