THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.35182 of 2018 ORDER:

It is stated by both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.18-12-2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015 and also order dt.15-12-2014 in W.P.No.31378 of 2014.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed, and respondents are directed to release individual service connection to the petitioners on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order which shall be subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme to be framed by the State of Telangana. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
