HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.977 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed complaining about the non-disposal of I.A.No.57 of 2009 in O.S.No.100 of 2009.

As can be seen from the material placed on record, the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2009 itself came to be filed on 06.09.2009 along with I.A.No.57 of 2009 seeking a temporary injunction.

Without expressing any opinion, considering the long lapse of time, there shall be a direction to the Agent to the Government i.e., Designated Authority, notified under Rule 7 of the A.P. Agency Rules, 1924 to pass orders in I.A.No.57 of 2009 in O.S.No.100 of 2009 within a period of eight weeks from today.
