Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NOs.16736 AND 16784 OF 2015 C O M M O N O R D E R The grievance of the petitioners in these two cases is that the registration

authorities are refusing to register and release the documents presented by them in respect of their properties in T.S.No.159/2 of Salur Village, Vizianagaram District. Refusal by the registration authority to receive documents in relation to the land in this very same survey number fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.Nos.25611 of 2013 and 8827 of 2015.

Following the said orders and for reasons alike as are mentioned therein, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Salur, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject lands. In the event the said documents are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure.
