O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector, Vikarabad District, in disposing of the Revision Appeal No.D1/ 4216/ 2018 filed by the petitioner against the order of the 3rd respondent - Sub Collector / Revenue Divisional Officer, Vikarabad in case No.C/ 405/ 2014 dated 31.08.2016, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, which is referred to above, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
