HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 5 3 6 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pet Basheerabad Police Station, dated 23.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the said instructions, on receipt of the private complaint filed by the petitioner herein from the Court of the XVAdditional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, police registered a case in Cr.No.97/ 2018 for the offences under Sections 323, 452 and 506 I.P.C., and Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. on 08.02.2018 and after completion of investigation, appropriate permission was also obtained from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pet Basheerabad Division, to refer the private complaint of the petitioner herein as "lack of Evidence". It is further stated that final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a week by following the due procedure. Having regard to the above instructions, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open to him after filing the final report, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
