HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35273 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2, in not numbering the revision and not hearing the stay petition, filed against the order of respondent No.3, in case No.D/501/2018, dated 30.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if no interim orders are passed in the said revision, the petitioner would be put to irreparable loss, as there is likelihood of change being made in the revenue records. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that since the revision and the stay application before the authorities are pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to pass orders, provided the revision is filed in a proper manner.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the

interim application, filed along with the revision, if the same is in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
