THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15608 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in registering the complaint dated 15.04.2016. A reading of the complaint discloses that the petitioner apprehends danger to her life due to the threats meted out by the persons named in the complaint. The dispute appears to be relating to land. If that is so, the petitioner should have taken steps restraining the persons named in the complaint from entering into her property. No such steps were taken. The complaint was lodged on mere apprehension. If the petitioner still feels threat to her life, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a private complaint before the concerned Magistrate. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
