Garlapati Vimala v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7144 OF 2016 O R D E R :
Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that the 3rd respondent is likely to issue Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in favour of 4th respondent ignoring the petitioner's objections dt.03.05.2015.
2. I am of the opinion that the Writ Petition is premature, since it cannot be said at this point of time that the 3rd respondent had ignored the objections raised by the petitioner for grant of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deeds to 4th respondent.
3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to question the order, which may be passed by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, if such order is adverse to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. _____________________________ M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO, J 04th March, 2016.
