Both the Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent No.1 would submit that the trial in C.C.No.1610 of 2008 has already been completed and nothing survives for consideration in the present criminal petition. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for both parties, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
