At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 10.03.2016 and in view of the above, he further submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in the revision.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
