HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 15743 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 to A7, the condition to the extent that " two sureties each who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" imposed in the order dated 07.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.Nos. 2831 and 2895 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
