ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.88 of 2016 of Kodad Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC r/w.34 IPC, against her.

2. It is alleged in the complaint that on 08.04.2016 at morning hours, the deceased Azmeera Venkateswarlu, who is the husband of A1, committed suicide by hanging due to the mental harassment caused by A1 and her paramour A2 with the support of the other accused. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. As per the complaint, there are some allegations against the petitioner/A1 and truth or otherwise of the said allegations cannot be decided at this stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, since the petitioner/A1 being a lady, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting her and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. The petitioner/A1 is directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition

shall stand closed.
