Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have amicably settled their issue before the Lok Adalat on 13.08.2016.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties before the Lok Adalat on 13.08.2016, the present M.A.C.M.A is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
