HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35356 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not taking any action in pursuance to the representations dated 2.5.2006 and 23.7.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to remove the hut dwellers, who have encroached upon the house site plots purchased by the members of the petitioner's association at S.No.26/E of Thattikhana, Hayatnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the matter for some time and when this Court expressed its opinion, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission as sought for is accorded and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
