The petitioner in Crl.P.No.6383 of 2015, who is Accused No.1, and the petitioners 1 to 5 in Crl.P.No.6394 of 2015, who are Accused Nos.2 to 6 in Crime No.345 of 2015 W.P.S.

Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 I.P.C and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, filed these Criminal Petitions.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and the 1st respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor before admission and before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent and perused the material on record. 3.
The material falls short for this Court to admit the Criminal Petitions for quashing under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6 to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for regular bail with notice to the A.P.P. concerned and in such an event and after hearing the Public Prosecutor concerned, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day. Needless to say that the presence of the petitioners before Court can be dispensed with at post bail
stage pending investigation and the remedies are left open to the petitioners after taking cognizance by the trial Court.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these Criminal Petitions shall stand closed.
