Heard Sri Mohd.Omerullah Shareef for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for 8th respondent. The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 6 to 13 in harassing the petitioner and falsely implicating him in pending cases as illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, places on record, written instructions dated 24-04-2017 received from the 8th respondent.

According to instructions, the allegations made by petitioner are incorrect and no case is registered in the 8th respondent police station.
