HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16236 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner-A3, the order dated 07.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 2875 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam is modified as follows:
" In the result, the petition is allowed, directing the petitiner/ A3 to be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, V. Madugula.
All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered."
This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
