Having considered the rival submissions of the respective parties and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, respondent No.3 has already referred the application/representation dated 23.09.2024 submitted by the petitioner under Section 3G (5) of the Act to respondent No.2 and the proceedings are pending before respondent No.2. In view of the same, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the application/representation dated 23.09.2024 submitted by the petitioner invoking the provisions under Section 3G (5) of the Act and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing of notice to the petitioner and any other affected parties. Respondent No.2 is directed to conclude the said proceedings/orders preferably within a period of five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Issue C.C. in a week.
