The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not completing the investigation in Crime No. 154 of 2011 on the file of the

Karimnagar I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, and filing charge sheet before the competent Criminal Court.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing upon the written instructions dated 7.8.2011, received from the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Karimnagar District, informed this Court that Crime No.154 of 2011 on the file of the I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, was registered under Sections 324, 498-A and 506 I.P.C. and the case was thereafter transferred to the Women Police Station, Karimnagar District, and reregistered as Crime No. 32 of 2011 on its file. After completion of the investigation, charge sheet was filed against the accused-the 5th respondent herein, before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar on 30.5.2011.

In the light of the aforestated developments, it is clear that the petitioner's grievance stands redressed and no orders are required to be passed by this Court. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
