THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33358 and 33364 of 2015 ORDER:

These writ petitions are filed seeking direction for supply of essential commodities as long as the authorisation of the petitioners is in force.

On instructions, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the authorisation of the petitioners was suspended on 30.09.2015. In view of the same, no relief can be granted in the present writ petitions.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the order of suspension in appropriate proceedings, if they are so advised. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
