Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.33 of Dharmasagaram Village, Nasipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. While so, the second respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner, by his proceedings dated 15.07.2015 on the basis of a report submitted by the third respondent dated 04.07.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Now it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that even though the impugned order is termed as temporary cancellation, it is a suspension pending enquiry. In view of the same, when the enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. But in view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry by giving due opportunity to the petitioner and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
