According to learned counsel for petitioner after filing of the writ petition, decision was made rejecting request of the petitioner for forwarding his application for consideration on deputation as Director of National Commission for Schedule Caste and in view of the same, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order. Granting liberty as prayed for, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
