This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 04.01.2016, in Writ Petition No.43120 of 2015. During the hearing, upon realising that this Contempt Case is vexatious in nature, Mr. P.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the same.

In view of the above request, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
