Admittedly, the explosive licence granted in favour of petitioner expired by 31.03.2015. As cause of action does not survive as on date, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

The dismissal of the writ petition shall not be treated as expressing any view in this behalf. The petitioner is at liberty to apply in accordance with law for renewal, if he is entitled to.
