HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 26302 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of transfer from Group Centre, CRPF Ranga Reddy at Hakimpet, Secunderabad to 28 CRPF Battalion located in forward area of Jammu and Kashmir.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the petitioner joining at the new place, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
