HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 230 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is against an interlocutory order dated 23-01-2015 passed in WPMP No.1114 of 2015 in Writ Petition No.906 of 2015.

By this order, the learned Judge has made certain observations on merits and then expressed his opinion that if the appellant does not reinstate the 2nd respondent - workman immediately, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the order, should start complying with the provisions contained in Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for the period commencing from 01-01-2015 onwards.

While expressing such opinion, the learned Judge has made certain observations which obviously are prima facie in nature. In our opinion, the order does not suffer from any illegality and, hence, writ appeal deserves to be dismissed. Order accordingly.
