This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the in action of respondent No.2 to 4 in not considering the representation dated 31.05.2017 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and thereby direct the respondent No.2 to 4 not to accord any license to open any Bar & Restaurant in Plot No.20, in Survey No.4 admeasuring 209 sq.yds and Plot No.21 in Survey No.5 admeasuring 211 sq.yds in Ward No.18, Block No.13, M.C.No.18-13-17/12/B situated at Bandlagudem, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad on representations made by respondent No.5 and 6." 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise stated that already license was accorded to open a Bar & Restaurant in the aforesaid plot on 17.06.2017 itself and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the issuance of the said license, if he so desires. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
