THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Date: 18.06.2015 Between:

Rapelly Rajender .... Petitioner And The Station House Officer, Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar District and another.

... Respondents

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the police authorities were not investigating the matter inspite of the private complaint filed by him before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sircilla, being forwarded to them.

2. The Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar District, furnished written instructions dated 12.6.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's complaint was taken on record and Crime No.109 of 2011 was registered under Section 420 I.P.C. on the file of Sircilla Police Station, Karimnagar District. After completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed on 15.3.2013 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sircilla, and the case is presently under trial in C.C.No.103 of 2014.

3. In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the allegation of the petitioner as to the inaction of the police authorities is without any basis.

4. The writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ____________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 18.06.2015.
