HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1443 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 07.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.13513 of 2016 giving liberty to the petitioner to file an Appeal.

Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the Appeal, the Appeal was rejected on the ground that there was a delay in filing the Appeal. If it is so, it is a fresh cause of action for filing the writ petition. The petitioner has other alternative remedy other than the contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
