These criminal petitions are filed under Sections 480 & 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.79 of 2025 of EOW (Cyberabad) Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 318(4), 316(2) r/w 3(5) of the BNS and Section 5 of TSPDFE Act, 1999 and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 r/w 2 (C) of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

The brief facts of the case are that, on 18.10.2025, the de-facto complainant lodged a report before the police stating that believing the version of accused in December, 2024, she joined in Ultraverse Coin, which is a trading company and initially, she invested an amount of Rs.2 lakhs and they gave her returns to the tune of Rs.20,000/-. Believing the same, she further invested an amount of Rs.1,30,00,000/-. Thereafter, she did not receive any returns for the invested amount, as the same was applicable. On suspicious, she asked the accused and he advised her to contact one Linga Reddy for further explanations about the investment procedure and she was again said to have met one P. Sridhar and he informed that there is a change in the company and advised her to wait till December, 2025. Hence, she requested for necessary

action. Basing on the said complaint, the police registered a case for the above said offences.

Heard Sri Mohammed Nazeeruddin Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.4 and 5 and accused Nos.1 and 2 were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court and they are in jail from 30.10.2025 and the material part of the investigation was already completed. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioners by allowing these criminal petitions.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners stating that the alleged offences are serious in nature and in the name of investment, they are playing pyramid business, which is an illegal business

and the investigation is not yet completed and prayed to dismiss these petitions.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the learned counsel and the material on record, the petitioners herein are in jail from 30.10.2025 and as seen from the record, LWs 1 to 11 witnesses were already examined. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration of petitioners in jail, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 subject to the following conditions:

i.

The petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.

Nagar.

ii.

The petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

iii.

The petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 483(2) of BNSS.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
