No representation for the petitioner - accused No.9.

2. Petitioner along with others alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C.

3. The present Criminal Petition is filed in the year 2015. The date of signature of the learned counsel for petitioner in the petition would show '19.03.2015' and the prayer is to quash the proceedings in Crime No.659 of 2012 of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad. But, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that, in fact, charge sheet was filed long before the present Criminal Petition was filed and even cognizance was taken by XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Cyberabad, in C.C.No.419 of 2014 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

4. It is not known why the F.I.R. is questioned in the present Criminal Petition, when the charge sheet was filed even before filing of the present Criminal Petition and even the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the same.

5. Be that as it may, in view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is

dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
