THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.NO.25923 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER (Per SKK,J) Vide the present petition, petitioner seek direction thereby directing the 4th respondent to produce Mr. Shaik Fareed s/o Masthan Baba, aged 37 years, R/o H.No.8-24-1, Tamil Street, China Waltair, Visakhapatnam, wrongfully detained by the 4th respondent, before this court. 4th respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the above named person was arrested on 2.8.2017 in connection with Crime No.357/2017 on the file of III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam and that he was produced before the court of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam on 3.8.2017.

In view of the above, there is no necessity to pass further directions to the respondents and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
