Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.No.23672 of 2004, dated 05.09.2013 has not been complied with by the respondents the present contempt case is filed.

During course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 05.09.2013 has been complied with and hence no orders need be passed in this contempt case. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
