O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: " For a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate direction declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the G.O.Ms.No.150 dated 31.08.2006, G.O.Ms.No.152 dated 28.08.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.28 dated 02.04.2007, in extending 30 minutes extra time in petitioner's favour during the examinations for the Drugs Inspector, A.P. Drugs Administration Service including the interview, as illegal, ultra vires in the interest of justice and equity and pass any other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case."

On 24.04.2012, this court granted liberty to the petitioner to take steps to amend the prayer. No further steps were taken. Extra time sought in the examination, pertains to the recruitment of the year 2011. Cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed.
