Order:

This Company Petition is filed for appointment of a Chairperson for conducting the meeting of the secured creditors, unsecured creditors and the members/shareholders of the applicant- Company on the date and time as fixed by this Court and also for publication of notice in the newspapers.

This Court, by Order, dated 24-10-2014, appointed one Smt.G.Malati, Advocate, as the Chairperson for holding the meetings, accordingly, on 29-11-2014 and also directed publication of notice in two newspapers.

The Chairperson has filed three separate reports, dated 22.01.2015, after holding the meetings of the secured creditors, the unsecured creditors and the members/shareholders of the applicant- Company. She has also filed proof of paper publication.

All the three reports are taken on record and the Company Application is closed.

As a sequel to closure of the Company Application, the miscellaneous applications, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
