THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4447 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 read with 439 (1) (b) Cr.P.C. Petitioner/A1 seeks for return of his passport which was directed to be deposited as per the order in Crl.M.P.No.1840 of 2017 in Crime No. 505 of 2017 by the learned XV Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at Kukatpally in her order dated 31.5.2017.

It came to light that this petitioner has directly rushed to this Court without making an application before the Court which passed the said order. In that view of the matter, this Court declines to consider the request of the petitioner. Accordingly, Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court which passed the order in Crl.M.P.No.1840 of 2017. In which case, the learned XV Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, shall dispose of the petition on merits on the same day.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
