This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1349 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Kurnool.

During the pendency of the Transfer C.M.P., the respondent herein, who is the petitioner in F.C.O.P. No.1349 of 2015 filed an affidavit stating that he is intending to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.1349 of 2015. In view of the affidavit filed by the respondent, no further orders are necessary in this Transfer C.M.P.

Hence, the Transfer C.M.P. is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
