THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4599 OF 2002 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant by declaring the proceedings No.LC2/1052/APSC 2000 dated 01.01.2002 issued by the first respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that she was joined in the respondent-Corporation on 23.12.1985 as Section Writer. She filed W.P.No.10409 of 2000 seeking regularization of her services. This Court disposed of the said writ petition on 22.11.2001 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization. In pursuance to the same, respondents considered and rejected the case of the petitioner, vide impugned order. Questioning the same, the present writ petition came to be filed. This Court while admitting the writ petition on 05.08.2002, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.5732 of 2002. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, based on the written instructions dated 16.07.

2018 received from the Executive Director, DSCSCS, Visakhapatnam, states that services of the petitioner were regularized in the cadre of Junior Assistant on regular pay scales vide G.O.No.21 (SW) Dept dt.02.04.2015. He would further submits that vide proceedings in R.C.No.A4/219/ APSC/2017 dated 30.04.

as Senior Assistant and posted in the Office of the Executive Director, DSCSCS, Visakhapatnam.

In view of the said submissions, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, placing the said submissions on record, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
