Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station at Hyderabad to enlarge/release the petitioner on Anticipatory Bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the Crime No. 122 of 2015 on the file of Central Crime Station at Hyderabad, pending on the file.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri MP. Kashyap, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor(AP) on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER:- "Post on 28.12.2015.

The respondent - Police are directed not to arrest the petitioner till then.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer concerned and produce the documents, which are relevant to the issue before this Court."
