Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
2) It is seen that in the order dated 03.06.2014 in Crl.P.No.5869 of 2014, this High Court earlier directed that the Police shall not arrest the petitioner till the charge-sheet is filed. Now as per the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, the charge-sheet is filed and the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gooty registered the case as PRC No.27 of 2014 and the same is in the committal stage. The further submission of learned counsel is that the Committal Court directed the accused to obtain bail from Sessions Court.
3) Having regard to the fact that no arrest order was passed in search of the petitioners during the investigation stage and that there is no complaint against them for non-cooperation in the investigation, they can be granted bail till completion of the trial. Hence, petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are granted bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for likesum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gooty.
4) In the result, this Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
