THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41143 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities in filing a final report in relation to Crime No.192 of 2015 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. Written instructions dated 31.12.2015 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating that upon the private complaint made by the petitioners being forwarded by the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Crime No.192 of 2015 had been registered under Sections 379, 406, 506 and 120-B I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. After completion of investigation, the police authorities found that a prima facie case was made out and accordingly laid a charge sheet before the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B.

Nagar, which was taken on file vide C.C.No.686 of 2015. The accused were stated to be facing trial. In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioners as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
