O R D E R

Heard the counsel for the petitioner at the stage of admission. Plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of amount based on promissory note and when the suit is at the stage of cross-examination of the defendant, the present application is filed by the defendant, to send for certain documents from the court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, without mentioning reasons for not obtaining the certificated copies of the said documents and as no substantial grounds were made out, the trial court rejected the application and on a perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same and the revision is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS ----------------------------- 24-07-2015
