THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19809 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue an order, direction or a W.P more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the Respondents 1 to 3 on the complaint dt.11-11-2011 and 2-5-2012 given by the petitioner herein against the respondents 4 to 6 and their henchmen, as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory and malice in Law amounting to violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Criminal Procedure Code and consequently to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to register the compliant and apprehend the accused and to file appropriate charge sheet into the concerned court having jurisdiction after conducting proper investigation into the offences set out in the complaints given by the petitioner and his father ."

2. Counter affidavit is filed by the 3rd respondent/ Sub-Inspector of Police, Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District. It is stated in the said counter that pursuant to the complaint, on 11.11.2011, the respondent police sent the victims to the Government Area Hospital, Siddipet, for medical treatment and the Medical Officer had issued Wound Certificate on 11.11.2011 stating that the injuries were simple in nature. It is also stated that since the nature of offence was non-cognizable and after obtaining permission from the Court of Special Judicial Second Class Magistrate at Siddipet on 31.12.2011, a petty case bearing No.01/2012 was registered under Sections 323, 504 IPC against respondents 4 to 6.

3. While referring to the above averments, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to close the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall
