ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.11 of 2012 on the file of VI Additional Munsif Magistrate, Guntur, against the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available under law.

3. Permission is granted and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
