HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35193 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the Sub-Registrar, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, ie., third respondent to register and deliver pending document Nos. 52/ 2015 and 577/ 2016 presented by the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.22.5 gts., in Sy.No.104, Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

2) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), on instructions, states that on 22.09.2018, the third respondent refused to register the said documents giving reasons. Further, a notice was said to have been issued to the petitioner, requesting him to collect the original documents from the office of the third respondent. 3) Having regard to the above, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the refusal orders passed by the third respondent, the writ petition is closed.

4) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
