This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in Crime No.577 of 2015 on the file of Krishna Lanka Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is grievance of the petitioner that the police are not investigating into the crime registered against respondents Nos.4 and 5, who used to harass the petitioner.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
