THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P Nos.26065, 25246, 26297, 26230, 26260 & 26331 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P No.17604 of 2017 & batch on 05-06-2017 and a copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the above said order, these writ petitions are also disposed of in the same lines in the following manner: 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners in the respective writ petitions, the learned Government Pleader for Industries & Commerce Department and also the learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology, appearing for respondents.

Perused the G.O.Ms.No.42, dated 29.03.2016, relied upon by the learned Government Pleader for Industries & Commerce Department, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the writ petitions and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain these Writ Petitions.

Hence, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make representations within three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the authorities concerned decide those representations, within one week from the date of representation and any grievance is left open subsequently according to law.

In addition to that, it is also made clear that it is open for the respondent authorities to proceed in accordance with the MMDR Act and the Rule 9-B of the A.P Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1996 as notified in the G.O.Ms.No.42, Industries and Commerce (Mines-II) Department, dated 29-03-2016.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
