On 26.09.2016, at request of learned counsel for revision petitioner, the matter is posted to today under the same caption. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", when the matter is called, there is no representation for the revision petitioner.

Accordingly, this revision is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
